Karl Bodenschatz was the Red Baron's squadron adjutant. This is the first time the diaries of someone so close to him have been translated from old German. The book was a sell out in hardback and give us a uniqque insight into him and the World War I from a German viewpoint.

It is an excellent photo and research reference and an entertaining read for anyone interested in the war in the air.
